CRS Reports Module

The CRS Reports Module of RotaWeb gives a way to automatically send an email to each club in your district with the latest Club Recognition Summary (CRS) Reports attached to the email. The club presidents have access to these reports through the Member Access section of the Rotary International website, but many district feel it is better to be pro-active and send the reports in a regular basis instead of waiting for the clubs to go online and get the reports themselves. Furthermore, Club Foundation Chairs can be included in the distribution lists for these emails.

For security reasons, the reports are generated using a session key that needs to be obtained from the Rotary International website using the username and password of the District Governor, District Governor Elect or District Foundation Chair. The session key expires after a short period, so a new session key must be obtained each time you want to send the reports. But once you enter the session key, the emails are sent automatically to all the clubs.

Any Rotary District can signup to use this system, for a $75 setup fee, and $60 per year hosting fee. The web pages are hosted on the RotaWeb web server. You can easily link to these web pages from your own District Website. All the pages are customized to use a template to make it look like your own District Website.
